If you have hay fever, you are allergic to the pollen of trees, plants or grasses. When you inhale these pollen, or when they get into your eyes, you get unpleasant symptoms. You often suffer more from hay fever at certain times of the year.

With a house dust mite allergy you are allergic to the droppings of house dust mites. Dust mites mainly live in warm, dark places in the house, such as your bed. You will therefore suffer most from your allergy when you are in bed.
