When do you use nasal ointment?
You use a nasal ointment to prevent or relieve complaints in or around your nose. At ENT shop we offer two types of nasal ointment.
- RhinoBlock : Ideal for allergy complaints due to hay fever or house dust mite allergy. By applying RhinoBlock to your nose, you create a protective layer over the nasal mucosa. This protective layer prevents allergens from settling there en masse.
- NasuMel nasal ointment : The honey ointment cares for the damaged skin in your nose. Your skin will relax again and have a chance to recover. Your nasal mucosa also recovers when it is damaged, swollen or inflamed.
Both nasal ointments contain pure honey.
What is pure honey?
Pure honey is a natural ingredient that helps prevent, reduce and/or repair skin complaints.
It contains a specific enzyme that is missing in the honey you buy in the supermarket. This enzyme has a strong antibacterial effect and is very soothing for the skin around the nose.
